The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and ministry leader of Care Net Pregnancy Center of Indian River County. As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Executive Director provides Christ-centered leadership and oversees the organization's people, programs, finances, operations, development, and community relationships.

The Development Director serves as a Christian ministry leader responsible for advancing the financial sustainability and community support of Care Net Pregnancy Center of Indian River County. Under the leadership of the Executive Director, the Development Director leads and implements fundraising strategies aligned with Care Net's Mission, Vision, etc.
